This document outlines the refund policy applicable to all products and services provided by AGORED RECORDS. This includes, but is not limited to, instrumental tracks (beats), mixing and mastering services, vocal work, custom compositions, and all other related audio services.
2. No-Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the digital and intangible nature of our products, as well as the personalized nature of our services, AGORED RECORDS does not offer refunds once a purchase is completed or a service has been initiated.
This non-refundable policy applies to, but is not limited to:
Musical Productions: Instrumental beats (exclusive or non-exclusive licenses).
EDUCATIONAL SERVICES: Mixing lessons, production coaching, and online courses.
Technical Services: Mixing and mastering services.
Custom Content: Bespoke compositions, arrangements, or vocal services.
Collaborations: Project contributions and artistic collaborations.
Digital Goods: Immediate downloads of audio files or software (VST plugins).
Please note: All bookings for mixing lessons are final. No refunds will be issued once a session is booked. Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Customer Acknowledgment
By purchasing from AGORED RECORDS, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:
You waive any right to request a refund or a chargeback.
All digital products are considered "consumed" at the time of delivery or when the download link is made available.
Service fees cover professional expertise, labor time, and intellectual property; therefore, they are not subject to reversal or cancellation.
4. Exceptions
There are no exceptions to this policy unless a specific written agreement is signed by an authorized representative of AGORED RECORDS prior to the transaction.
